LEVEL 1 – Preliminary Round

School / Online Mode

Test Paper Distribution

  • Varna Team will send the test papers directly to schools.
  • Individual students may:
    • Download the paper from the official website, or
    • Receive it from their school after registration.

Submission Methods

  • Online submission (Scanned copy upload).
  • Physical submission to Varna Office.

Prizes & Qualification

  • 18 students will receive prizes across:
    • Primary, Middle & High School
    • Cursive & Split Handwriting styles
  • Qualification to Level 2:
  • 10% of the total participants + 18 prize winners.

LEVEL 2 – Semi-Final Round

  • Conducted for qualified students from Level 1 only.
  • 18 students will again receive prizes.
  • Qualification to Final: 20% of Level 2 participants + 18 winners.

LEVEL 3 – Grand State Final

Offline – Bengaluru

  • Conducted as a State-Level Offline Competition in Bengaluru.
  • 18 students will be awarded 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes.
  • 6 Students (3 Academic Levels × 2 Handwriting Styles) will be declared:
  • "Official Karnataka Handwriting Champions"

📝 Selection & Judging Criteria

Both Cursive and Split styles are evaluated independently out of 50 marks to ensure fairness. Judging is transparent, anonymous, and conducted by certified experts.
