1. Registration
- Registration fee: ₹199 per student (non-refundable).
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information.
- Fraudulent or incomplete entries will be rejected without notice.
2. Competition Rules
- Participants must follow the instructions shared for Taluk, District, and State levels.
- Writing sheets and formats:
- Primary: 4-line ruled
- Middle: 2-line ruled
- High School: Plain paper
- Both cursive and split (print) styles are evaluated separately.
3. Certificates & Awards
- All registered participants receive e-certificates.
- Trophies, medals, and other awards are provided only to winners at Taluk, District, and State levels.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
The ₹199 registration fee is final and non-refundable under all circumstances, including duplicates.
5. Event Timeline & Changes
Vedansh Group may modify dates, venues, or judging criteria if required. Participants will be notified of major changes via email or SMS.
6. Use of Website
- Users must not misuse the website or upload harmful content.
- All content, branding, and materials belong to Vedansh Group.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Vedansh Group is not responsible for technical issues affecting submissions.
- We are not liable for internet/device failures or participant-side errors.
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances are not grounds for liability.
