At Vedansh Group, we work diligently to ensure every VARNA: Handwriting Champion registration delivers a seamless and meaningful experience. Registrations trigger immediate backend processing, resource allocation, and participant ID creation. Therefore, the registration fee of ₹199 per student is strictly non-refundable.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are not permitted once a student is registered.
- Requests for withdrawal, transfer, or participant detail changes are not accepted after registration.
2. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
- Mistaken registration or change of mind
- Inability to participate, including personal or travel reasons
- School or parental decision changes
- Health-related concerns
- Event postponements or timeline adjustments
3. Exceptions
Refunds are considered only if the event is fully cancelled by Vedansh Group. If such a situation arises, participants will be notified, and refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
